Fast-Tracked Success: Building Permit Secured!
Great news from our team! We have secured our building permit! The process went unusually fast, and we received the permit today. We’re excited to move forward and keep you updated on our progress!
Permit Approval Update
Great news! Our plans are progressing smoothly through the Hall County permitting process. They are currently with Environmental Health for septic approval. This step can take up to 3 weeks, but it's typically the final approval needed before the permit is issued.
We appreciate your patience and support as we move closer to breaking ground. Stay tuned for more updates!

Great news! The revised plat has been approved!
We're now moving forward with the Hall County system, where the permit will go through planning and environmental health reviews. This process typically takes about 4 weeks, but rest assured, we’ll be tracking it closely and keeping you updated every step of the way.
