Busy Site Day: Final Touches Inside & Out
It’s a full house on site today!
The blind installation crew, window cleaning team, and landscapers are all hard at work—while exterior stonework continues to take shape. Every detail is coming together as we push toward completion.
Bringing the Outdoors Together
Most of the landscape has been installed, bringing the exterior to life! Our team is now working on the exterior steps, while an AT&T crew is on site at the front gate getting everything connected. Progress you can see — and soon, signal you can feel!
Pool Flatwork and Gate System Coming to Life
Flatwork around the pool is underway, adding the finishing touches to this beautiful outdoor space. Meanwhile, our electrical crew is focused on energizing the gated entrance—another step toward bringing function and security to the property.
This Week’s Highlights: Inside and Out
A lot has been going on this week as we make steady progress on site. Exterior painters continued their work, while phase two of the concrete pour wrapped up around the pool deck. Inside, the plumbing punch-out and electrical punch are underway, the stone crew is laying porch pavers, and custom closet installations have started. Every detail is bringing us one step closer to completion, and it’s exciting to see it all come together.
Final Touches & Finishing Phases in Motion
Appliances are officially installed. We're also moving forward on multiple fronts: prepping for concrete phase two around the pool, installing pavers on porches, completing exterior paint touch-ups, and our field crew is working hard to close out the final punch list. Wrapping it up strong!
Gutter Install & Drainage Prep in Progress
Progress continues on site with gutter installation to manage roof runoff and excavation underway for drainage lines. Preparing this home for proper water flow and long-term protection from the ground up!
Driveway Pour & Final Touches Underway
Another busy day on site! We’re pouring the driveway, building out the garage steps, and knocking out some of the final miscellaneous electrical work. Also we’re pulling paper and window coverings, stair and handrail stain is complete, electrical punch-out is underway, and shelving has been installed throughout. Just a few finishing touches left before we hand over this beautiful home!

While our inside crew handles miscellaneous finishing touches, the outside team is hard at work digging a trench for the low-voltage communication link. This essential step will ensure smooth installation of data and communication lines, keeping the project connected and up-to-date with the latest tech.

Interior Progress + Garage Details Coming Together
Interior progress is stacking up: hardwood floors are being installed, the elevator is going in, and electrical trim work continues. Over in the detached garage, ceiling beams are being set in place—adding structure and style as we move closer to completion.

This week, the big sliding glass doors are in—bringing in natural light and opening up the views! Inside, we’re continuing to focus on cabinet installation as the interior starts to come to life.

Progress continues on both the interior and exterior of the home! We’re hard at work with miscellaneous tasks, including cabinet installation, and are excited to share that countertops are next on the schedule.
Final Trim & Hardware Install Underway
Final electrical trim is going in, and door hardware is being installed throughout the home. These finishing touches are what bring the space to life—function meets form as we move closer to completion.

Bringing the interior to life! We’re continuing with cabinet installation and prepping for the first coat of paint. The details are coming together, and the vision is taking shape.
Inside & Out: Pool and Cabinet Installation in Progress!
Making progress inside and out! The pool installation is moving forward outside, while inside, cabinets are going in to bring the space to life. Exciting transformations happening every day!
Building the Ultimate Backyard Oasis
Pool installation is underway, with rebar in place and shaping up fast. Railings are installed, and our stone masons are fine-tuning their work for a flawless finish. Excited to see this project come together!
Interior Finishes & Exterior Details Coming Together!
Interior details are coming together! The modern metal stair railing is installed, with wood handrails being fitted for a sleek finish. Tile and interior trim work are underway, while cabinets have been delivered and installation has begun. Outside, the exterior stone masonry is nearing completion, adding the perfect finishing touch to the façade.
Utilities & Stonework Progress!
Laying the groundwork—literally! We’re digging and covering utility trench "umbilical cords" throughout the project, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Meanwhile, the exterior stone install is pushing forward, bringing texture and character to the build. Big progress on all fronts!
