Progress Update: Preparing for Building Permit Approval
We are currently in the process of redrawing the property lines, an essential step before filing the plat with Hall County. Our surveyor is diligently working on this, and it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. Once the plat is filed, we can proceed with our building permit application.
In the meantime, we have gathered all necessary documents and are inputting them into the Hall County permit software system. Additionally, we have applied for the required water meter to ensure everything is in place for permitting.
