From Backyard Vision to Interior Detail

Progress is taking shape from every angle on this custom home. Outdoors, the pool installation is underway as crews carefully form and prep the space that will soon become a true backyard retreat.

On the exterior, the home’s architectural character continues to stand out with clean rooflines, expansive outdoor living areas, and large window packages designed to capture the surrounding views. Inside, drywall finishing is complete and the vaulted tongue-and-groove ceiling is already bringing warmth and dimension to the main living space. Every phase continues to bring the vision closer to reality.

Progress continues both inside and outside this custom home as deck installation gets underway and drywall mud and tape work is in full progress. The exterior spaces are starting to take shape for future outdoor living, while inside, the drywall finishing process is smoothing out each room and preparing the home for the next stages of detail work.

Momentum Building Inside and Out

Progress continues across multiple phases of this custom home build. Porch ceiling installation is underway, adding warmth and detail to the outdoor living spaces, while insulation installation inside moves the home one step closer to drywall and interior finishes.

Outside, the electric meter is being installed as utilities continue coming together, and the rear awning metal roof installation is adding another layer of protection and architectural character to the exterior. Exciting momentum on every side of the project!

Inspections Passed: Ready for Insulation & Drywall

Framing and rough inspections—PASSED. A big milestone that confirms everything behind the walls is built to spec and ready for the next phase.

Up next, insulation and drywall. This is where the home really starts to transform, closing in the walls, improving energy efficiency, and giving each space its true shape. Momentum is strong as we move one step closer to the finished product.

Behind the Scenes: Utilities, Water Line & Plumbing Prep

Progress continues as we prepare for the next critical step. We’re currently waiting on utility locates to be cleared, ensuring everything is safe and accurate before moving forward with additional underground work.

In the meantime, our plumbing crew is on site running the main water line and completing water testing on the system. Once everything is verified, plumbing inspection will follow shortly after.

A lot of important behind-the-scenes work happening now to keep the project moving smoothly and on schedule.

Sealed Tight & Inspection Ready

Air sealing and inspections are on deck as we move into another critical phase. We’re lining everything up for tonight’s inspection, just pending a few final electrical additions by the homeowner.

On the exterior, brick and siding are officially complete, giving the home its finished look and protecting it from the elements as we tighten things up inside.

Inside, the digital shower installation is complete—bringing a modern, high-performance touch to the home with precision control and elevated comfort.

We’re nearing another major milestone on this project as the masonry crew puts the finishing touches on the brickwork. The exterior is really starting to define itself, with every detail coming together to create a clean, timeless look.

Exterior progress continues as brick installation moves forward, adding timeless character and durability to the home’s facade. Each course brings more definition, tying the overall design together.

At the same time, exterior trim is underway—from soffit and siding to decorative timbers and brackets—adding depth and architectural detail that elevate the home’s curb appeal. It’s all coming together to create a clean, refined exterior as we push toward the next phase.

Final HVAC Checks

Our HVAC crew is on site today going through their punch-out list and checking off the final items before completion. This step ensures every vent, connection, and system component is installed and operating exactly as designed.

These final checks are an important part of the process, helping make sure everything is ready for the next phase of construction and that the home’s comfort systems are performing at their best.

Powering the Home

Another important step underway as the electrical crew is on site running wire throughout the home. This phase brings the home to life behind the walls—installing the wiring that will power lighting, outlets, appliances, and all of the modern features planned for the space. Careful planning during this stage ensures every room functions exactly as designed while preparing the home for the next phases of construction.

This is when ductwork, vents, and mechanical systems are carefully installed throughout the framing to ensure proper airflow, efficiency, and long-term comfort. Every run is strategically planned to maximize performance while keeping the home’s design clean and seamless.
