Pool construction is officially underway—and this one is truly the pool of all pools. We’ve already placed over 100 yards of shotcrete, and the volume keeps climbing as the structure takes shape.

This phase is all about creating a solid, sculpted shell that sets the foundation for a high-end, durable pool built to last. From curves to depth changes, every inch is crafted with precision.

Pool dig is in full swing! Watching the landscape transform is always one of the most exciting parts of the build — and this one has something special. We’re also adding an inverted pool out front, creating a true statement feature from the moment you arrive.

A small retaining wall in the cul-de-sac has been rebuilt for improved structure and curb appeal. The pool area has been restocked, and we met with the pool builder on site — construction is set to start ASAP!
