Big movement happening across this site as multiple phases come together at once. Outside, we’re prepping for concrete with rebar in place and forms set, while the pool deck is actively being poured—bringing this outdoor space one step closer to completion.

You can really start to visualize how everything will connect, from the hardscape layout to the finished entertaining areas overlooking the lake.

Inside, the details are just as exciting. Fireplace stone installation is underway, adding a bold focal point and texture that will define these living spaces. It’s always one of those moments where the house starts to feel like a home.

Outdoor Features Taking Shape & Final Details Progressing

Momentum continues on site as we prep to pour the concrete for the fire pit area—setting the stage for an incredible outdoor living space.

Inside, more countertops have been delivered, bringing us one step closer to completing key interior spaces. At the same time, roofing work is ongoing with drainage details and scuppers being installed on the upper rear deck to ensure proper water management and long-term performance.

Every detail, inside and out, is coming together as we move closer to the finish line.

The owner’s crew is hard at work preparing for the concrete driveway pour, while interior finishes continue to take shape inside the home. Flooring installation is underway, stair railings are coming together, and paint work is progressing throughout — bringing the space closer to its finished look each day.

Progress continues on multiple fronts! Wood floors have been installed in the main garage, adding a polished touch. A small retaining wall in the cul-de-sac has been rebuilt for improved structure and curb appeal. The pool area has been restocked, and we met with the pool builder on site — construction is set to start ASAP!
