It’s been a productive stretch on site! Brick work is continuing on the exterior while inside we’re moving full speed ahead with interior trim installation, tile going in, and stair railings being installed. At the same time, our field crew is making client-requested changes from the trim walk to ensure every detail is just right.

A Big Milestone: Drywall Done, Paint & Tile Started

Our fire-sealing crew is sealing all openings with fire-rated foam where wiring and plumbing penetrate joists and framing. This important step helps slow the spread of fire and smoke, improves overall safety, and ensures the home meets code requirements before moving on to the next phase of construction.

Porch Column Footings in Progress

Our concrete crew is on-site today, pouring footings for the exterior porch columns. Even with a small two-man team, they’re knocking out these structural elements with precision — setting the stage for the porch framing to come.

Permanent Stairs Installed & Mechanical Rough-In Continues

Permanent stairs are now installed, giving full access to both levels as we continue moving through the mechanical rough-in phase.

With HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems being routed throughout the home, this is where all the behind-the-walls coordination comes together. Each trade is working through their final runs so we can move confidently into insulation and drywall next.

This week, the low-voltage crew is on site, keeping all the wiring and smart systems on track. At the same time, Stuart Pro is making progress with the HVAC installation, bringing comfort and efficiency to the home. Steady progress inside!

Doors & Windows Installed: Building Envelope Secured

On-site progress update: door and window installation is underway. This crucial phase seals the building envelope, boosts structural performance, and primes the home for interior systems. We’re installing Pella windows, backed by industry-leading warranty coverage that gives lasting peace of mind:

• Non-glass components (frame, sash, hardware) are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty for as long as the original homeowner occupies the residence (for owner-occupied, single-family homes).

• Standard non-laminated insulating glass carries a 20-year limited warranty.

• Laminated glass (when used) is typically warranted for 10 years.

• Labor costs for repairs or replacement parts are included in the warranty for the first two years.
