Our trim carpenters are about 80% complete, bringing clean lines and craftsmanship to every room, while cabinet installation is about 60% finished and beginning to showcase the functionality and design of the home. Each step is adding another layer of character as everything continues to come together.

We’ve got multiple trades working in sync as this project keeps moving forward. The plumbing crew is onsite making adjustments and repositioning three tubs to ensure everything aligns perfectly with the final layout.

At the same time, our carpentry team is installing tongue and groove details, adding warmth and character to the space. The tile crew is making steady progress, bringing in finishes that will define each room, while flooring materials are arriving onsite—getting us ready for the next big phase of installation.

Brick work is continuing on the exterior while inside we’re moving full speed ahead with interior trim installation, tile going in, and stair railings being installed. At the same time, our field crew is making client-requested changes from the trim walk to ensure every detail is just right.

Our fire-sealing crew is sealing all openings with fire-rated foam where wiring and plumbing penetrate joists and framing. Porch Column Footings in Progress

Our concrete crew is on-site today, pouring footings for the exterior porch columns. Even with a small two-man team, they’re knocking out these structural elements with precision — setting the stage for the porch framing to come.

Permanent Stairs Installed & Mechanical Rough-In Continues

Permanent stairs are now installed, giving full access to both levels as we continue moving through the mechanical rough-in phase.

With HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems being routed throughout the home, this is where all the behind-the-walls coordination comes together. Each trade is working through their final runs so we can move confidently into insulation and drywall next.
