Cabinets Progressing, Septic Underway & Custom Beams Incoming

Cabinet installation continues as the interiors keep coming together, bringing more definition and function to each space. Outside, septic installation is underway—an important step in getting the home fully operational and ready for final phases.

We’re also looking ahead with custom stain-grade beam materials scheduled to be delivered. These architectural elements will add warmth and character, tying together the overall design as we keep making steady progress toward completion.

Bringing Spaces to Life: Cabinet Installation in Progress

Cabinet installation is in full swing and continuing through May 8th as each space starts to take on its final form. From kitchens to baths and built-ins, every cabinet is carefully set, leveled, and aligned to ensure a seamless fit with upcoming countertops and finishes.

This stage really begins to define the look and functionality of the home, turning framing into livable, usable spaces. Each day brings more detail, more character, and one step closer to completion.

Details Taking Shape: Trim & Cabinet Progress

Interior progress is moving right along as the details start to define the space. Our trim carpenters are about 80% complete, bringing clean lines and craftsmanship to every room, while cabinet installation is about 60% finished and beginning to showcase the functionality and design of the home. Each step is adding another layer of character as everything continues to come together.

We’ve got multiple trades working in sync as this project keeps moving forward. The plumbing crew is onsite making adjustments and repositioning three tubs to ensure everything aligns perfectly with the final layout.

At the same time, our carpentry team is installing tongue and groove details, adding warmth and character to the space. The tile crew is making steady progress, bringing in finishes that will define each room, while flooring materials are arriving onsite—getting us ready for the next big phase of installation.

It’s been a productive stretch on site! Brick work is continuing on the exterior while inside we’re moving full speed ahead with interior trim installation, tile going in, and stair railings being installed. At the same time, our field crew is making client-requested changes from the trim walk to ensure every detail is just right.

A Big Milestone: Drywall Done, Paint & Tile Started

Drywall installation is officially in progress, marking a major milestone in the build. This phase brings the home to life by defining rooms, walls, and ceilings while preparing the space for finishing work like paint, trim, and cabinetry.

Drywall is being stocked and staged throughout the home, setting the stage for installation. With materials on site and organized, we’re lining everything up for a smooth transition into the drywall phase—where rooms really start to take shape.

We’re just minutes away from starting insulation, with drywall installation scheduled to begin next week—another major milestone as this home continues to take shape

Fire Sealing in Progress

Our fire-sealing crew is sealing all openings with fire-rated foam where wiring and plumbing penetrate joists and framing. This important step helps slow the spread of fire and smoke, improves overall safety, and ensures the home meets code requirements before moving on to the next phase of construction.

Porch Column Footings in Progress

Our concrete crew is on-site today, pouring footings for the exterior porch columns. Even with a small two-man team, they’re knocking out these structural elements with precision — setting the stage for the porch framing to come.

Permanent Stairs Installed & Mechanical Rough-In Continues

Permanent stairs are now installed, giving full access to both levels as we continue moving through the mechanical rough-in phase.

With HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems being routed throughout the home, this is where all the behind-the-walls coordination comes together. Each trade is working through their final runs so we can move confidently into insulation and drywall next.
