The handrails have been installed, adding both beauty and functionality to the interior, while the trim work continues to showcase the craftsmanship throughout the home. Outside, the previously wavy brick has been repaired, ensuring every detail meets our quality standards. Trex decking has also been delivered, setting the stage for the next phase of creating an inviting outdoor living space.

Construction Momentum Continues
Construction continues to move forward as another milestone is reached on site. Mason scaffolding has been removed, providing a clearer view of the home's exterior as details begin to stand out.
The dumpster has been shifted to improve access around the job site, and a temporary runway has been installed to support ongoing construction activities. Looking ahead, trim materials are scheduled for delivery on Monday, bringing us one step closer to the interior finishing phase.

Back on site and making strong progress—our masonry crew is back at it today, continuing to bring texture and craftsmanship to the exterior. Inside, soffit work has been completed, adding those clean architectural details that tie everything together. We also met with Georgia Power to coordinate the customer’s 600A service, ensuring the home is fully equipped to handle its electrical needs. Every step is moving us closer to the finish line.

Progress continues as we move into the HVAC rough-in phase—one of the most important steps in building a comfortable, energy-efficient home.

Electrical work has now been completed, marking an important milestone as we continue moving toward the next stages of the build. At the same time, the homeowner’s AV contractor is on site preparing the home for integrated audio and visual systems that will enhance the living experience throughout the space.
We’ve also received the masonry materials, and everything is staged and ready for installation. With stonework about to begin, the exterior character of the home will soon start to take shape.

Roof On, Utilities Moving — Progress All Around

✔️ Roof shingles installed – The home is now fully dried in and protected from the elements. This is a major milestone that keeps everything moving forward, rain or shine.
✔️ Plumber on site finishing water lines – Finalizing the rough-in ensures every fixture location is exactly where it needs to be before insulation and drywall begin.
✔️ Electrical underway – Wiring is progressing throughout the home, bringing us one step closer to lighting, power, and all the custom features our clients selected.
