Great progress happening on site this week.

Electrical work has now been completed, marking an important milestone as we continue moving toward the next stages of the build. At the same time, the homeowner’s AV contractor is on site preparing the home for integrated audio and visual systems that will enhance the living experience throughout the space.

We’ve also received the masonry materials, and everything is staged and ready for installation. With stonework about to begin, the exterior character of the home will soon start to take shape.

Another exciting step forward as this home continues to come together.

Roof On, Utilities Moving — Progress All Around

Big movement on site this week!

✔️ Roof shingles installed – The home is now fully dried in and protected from the elements. This is a major milestone that keeps everything moving forward, rain or shine.

✔️ Plumber on site finishing water lines – Finalizing the rough-in ensures every fixture location is exactly where it needs to be before insulation and drywall begin.

✔️ Electrical underway – Wiring is progressing throughout the home, bringing us one step closer to lighting, power, and all the custom features our clients selected.

From Rough-Ins to Real Progress

Lots of progress happening on site! Temporary stairs are now installed, making access throughout the home much easier. The HVAC rough-in and plumbing rough are officially underway, and secondary tubs are in place—another big step toward bringing this home together.

Big Moves on Site: Siding & HVAC Underway

Siding has officially kicked off on the cornice, giving the exterior its first real layer of personality, while the HVAC install is in full swing inside. That means we’re locking in comfort, efficiency, and clean lines—inside and out.

The Build Continues: Plumbing, Framing & Windows

Plumbing rough-in is in full swing as systems are being installed and positioned throughout the home. At the same time, our team is completing the framing punch list and starting window installation — a big step toward sealing in the structure and moving closer to the next phase of construction.

We wrapped up a framing walk-through with our client today—an exciting milestone as we’re nearing the completion of framing. Seeing the layout come to life in real scale helps fine-tune details before we transition into the next phase of construction.

Porch Helical Piers Installed

Another important step completed—helical piers are now installed for the porch foundation. These piers are driven deep into stable soil to provide strong, long-term support, helping prevent settling and ensuring the porch stays level for years to come. Solid foundations make all the difference as we continue moving forward with this build.

Roof Underlayment & Framing Progress

We’re moving right along on-site — roof underlayment installation is underway, windows have been delivered, and framing continues to take shape.

Roof underlayment is a critical step in the dry-in process. It creates an added layer of protection beneath the roofing material, guarding the home from moisture while the exterior shell is completed. With this in place, we’re one step closer to getting the house fully dried in and ready for the next phases.

During framing, the crew builds the skeleton of the house using engineered lumber, setting precise measurements to ensure everything aligns with the architectural plans.

Concrete garage slab is officially poured, and framing is now underway! It’s always exciting to see a design move from plans to structure — this is the phase where the home starts to take shape and you can really feel the spaces come to life.

Preparing for Framing as the Foundation Cures!

While the foundation cures, we’re lining up lumber delivery to kick off the framing phase! This is where the structure truly starts to take shape — walls go up, rooms take form, and the home’s design begins to come to life. Exciting days ahead as we move from groundwork to framing!

Radiant Heating Checked and Garage Slab Next

Radiant heating plumbing is holding strong after the concrete slab pour — a key milestone for efficient, cozy heating throughout the home. Next up, the garage slab will be formed and poured next week, keeping the project moving forward!

Hydronic heating installation is complete. hillside tree clearing is wrapping up, and concrete pouring for the basement slab is now in progress. Each step brings this home closer to taking full shape — precision and progress from the ground up.

Heating Coils Installation – Why It Matters

The heating coils we’ve installed are part of the hydronic slab system, which will circulate warm water throughout the concrete slab. This system provides efficient, even heat for the home, keeping it cozy while reducing energy costs. Installing these coils correctly is crucial for both comfort and long-term performance—they’ll be fully embedded in the slab, ensuring durability and optimal heat distribution.

With this step complete, we’re ready to pour the slab and move the project closer to completion.
