We’ve just wrapped up our Customer Redline Review (CRR) meeting, and we’re excited to share that the final plans are officially off to production! This is a major milestone in the project, bringing us one step closer to seeing our vision come to life.
With all approvals in place and every detail fine-tuned, the next phase of construction is just around the corner. We can't wait to watch this project continue to take shape and share the progress with you all.

Permit Approved: Ready to Build!
We're thrilled to announce that the building permit was issued on 7/15! With all necessary permits now in hand, we’re ready to move full steam ahead.

The permit is currently moving through the Hall County system.
🔍 What's Next? We're waiting on the septic system approval, which requires a site visit from the environmental health department. This process can take about 3 weeks.
