A lot happening across the site as we push toward the next phase. Landscaping is moving full speed ahead, bringing shape and definition to the exterior spaces. Our field support team is installing fall protection at the wing wall to keep everything safe as work continues. Electrical crews are trenching to the new stone gate columns, setting up key connections, while inside the painters are wrapping up and dialing in those final finishes. Up top, the metal roof is nearing completion—keeping the team busy and the job site a little dusty, but all part of the process as everything comes together.

As we move closer to the finish line, this home is really starting to come to life. Interior finishes are being finalized, with every detail dialed in—from trim and paint to fixtures and final touches that define the space.

Outside, the transformation is just as exciting. Final exterior details are taking shape, enhancing the overall look and curb appeal of the home. Everything is aligning as we prepare for one of the last major steps—pouring the driveway and completing the exterior approach.

Final touches are coming together as appliance installation and door hardware are underway on site. These details start to bring both function and style into focus—transforming the home from a construction site into a finished living space.

A lot happening all at once as this home continues to move closer to completion!

Final grading is underway, shaping the site for the finished landscape, while the electrical team is installing a mile of tape lighting to highlight key design features throughout the home. Fireplaces are being fired up for initial start-up and testing, adding another layer of progress inside.

Outside, pool pavers are moving full steam ahead, defining the outdoor living space, and inside, hardwood floors have been installed—bringing warmth and character to the home.

It’s exciting to see multiple trades coming together at this stage, with each detail bringing us one step closer to the final vision.

Where Craftsmanship Meets Design

Great progress on this lakefront home as several key features begin to take shape. The staircase installation is complete, adding a modern touch with its black metal railing and warm wood accents.

In the main living area, the kitchen and island are coming together beneath the beautiful wood ceiling, while the bar area with stone accents is starting to define an inviting space for entertaining. The fireplace surround is also underway, creating a striking focal point in the living room.

Outside, additional work continues near the lake, preparing for outdoor living spaces that will take full advantage of the incredible waterfront views.

It’s been a busy stretch across this project, with multiple crews making progress both inside and out.

Outside, the home’s beautiful stonework and exterior finishes continue to come together, highlighting the craftsmanship and architectural details that will define the finished look. Work is also underway around the property as crews handle site work and underground installations to keep everything moving forward.

Inside, several spaces are taking shape. Tile installation is progressing in the bathrooms, bringing in striking stone patterns and textures. Ceiling details are underway in the main living areas, framing out what will become a stunning focal point once finished. The fireplace wall and built-ins are also beginning to take form, giving a glimpse of the future gathering space.

We’re also receiving and staging materials on site—from lighting packages to plumbing fixtures—getting everything ready for the next phases of installation.

Another Step Toward the Finish

Another exciting milestone on site! The garage doors are officially installed, giving the exterior a more finished look, and we’re now installing the exterior T&G (tongue-and-groove). This detail adds both durability and a beautiful architectural finish, bringing warmth and character to the home’s exterior.

It’s been a busy week on site, and progress is happening everywhere you look! 👷‍♂️🏠
The gas company is on site working to locate the main, painters are getting started inside and out, cabinets are in the finishing stages, and our stone masons are hard at work adding those beautiful exterior details. And to top it all off—the pool construction has officially begun!
