Building Character, One Brick at a Time
The character of this home is really starting to come to life as exterior brick installation continues. Every course is carefully laid to ensure clean lines, consistent detailing, and the timeless look our homeowners expect.
With the brickwork progressing around the home, the exterior is beginning to reveal its full architectural presence. It's exciting to see the vision take shape as craftsmanship and attention to detail come together one brick at a time.
Stay tuned as we continue moving this project closer to the next phase!
Building Inside & Out
Mechanical rough-ins are officially underway while exterior brick installation continues to transform the look of this custom home. Behind the walls, our crews are carefully coordinating plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems to prepare for the next major phase of construction.
At the same time, the exterior is beginning to showcase the home’s character as brickwork adds texture, depth, and curb appeal. Progress is moving steadily both inside and out, and this home is coming together beautifully.
From Planning to Brickwork
Electrical planning is in full swing as our team walks through the scope of work to ensure every detail is accounted for before the next phase begins. Outside, preparations are underway for brick installation as the exterior starts taking shape and bringing more character to this custom home. One step closer to seeing the full vision come to life.
Powering Up: Electrical Rough Begins
Electrical rough is up next and the momentum continues. This phase is where the home truly starts to come to life behind the walls—wiring, panel locations, and system layouts are all carefully installed to support everything from lighting and appliances to smart home features. Precision at this stage is key, setting the foundation for a seamless and efficient finish as we move one step closer to completion.
Built for Comfort: HVAC Taking Shape
Rough HVAC is underway, and this is where comfort starts getting built into the home. Behind the walls and ceilings, our team is carefully laying out ductwork, returns, and supply lines to ensure balanced airflow and maximum efficiency throughout every space.
This phase is all about precision—coordinating with framing, electrical, and plumbing to make sure everything fits seamlessly before insulation and drywall. Proper placement now means better performance, quieter operation, and long-term energy savings for the homeowner.
It may not be the most visible stage, but it’s one of the most important when it comes to how the home will feel every single day.
Bringing the Exterior to Life
Siding installation is moving right along, and the exterior is really starting to take shape. With each section completed, you can see the vision come to life as the home gains its character and definition. This phase not only enhances the overall look but also plays a key role in protecting the structure from the elements. Progress like this keeps us one step closer to bringing this home fully together.
Behind the Walls & Buttoning Up the Exterior
Progress is moving steadily as we transition into two critical phases of the build. Plumbing rough-ins are now underway, where all water supply lines, drain lines, and vent systems are carefully installed and positioned before walls are closed up. This step is essential to ensure everything functions seamlessly once the home is complete.
At the same time, exterior siding installation has begun, bringing the home one step closer to being fully dried in. This phase not only defines the architectural look of the home but also provides a key layer of protection against the elements.
With systems going in behind the scenes and the exterior taking shape, it’s exciting to see this home come together from both the inside and out.
Framing the Vision
Big progress happening on site! From the stunning circular ceiling detail taking shape to the open-concept living spaces filled with natural light—this home is really starting to come together.
You can already see how the architectural details will define the space:
✔️ Custom curved walls and framing
✔️ Statement ceiling feature ready for a future chandelier
✔️ Expansive sliding doors opening to outdoor living
✔️ Strong exterior presence coming to life
Even on a cloudy day, there’s nothing gloomy about this progress—just another step closer to bringing this vision to reality.
Progress on Site: Framing Stage
Big progress on site! Framing has taken shape and this home’s architectural character is really starting to stand out. With the structure fully wrapped in the ZIP System and roof underlayment in place, we’re moving closer to getting the home dried-in.
You can now clearly see the beautiful roof lines, multiple gables, and the covered outdoor living areas that will make this home truly special. Crews are continuing to push forward as we prepare for the next phases of construction.
One Step Closer to Dry-In
Framing is nearly complete as the crew works through the final punch-out items, making sure every detail is ready for the next phase. Meanwhile, the exterior doors have arrived on site and are ready for installation.
With doors going in next, we’re getting closer to drying in this home—an important milestone that protects the structure and allows interior work to begin moving forward.
