Bringing the Exterior to Life
Siding installation is moving right along, and the exterior is really starting to take shape. With each section completed, you can see the vision come to life as the home gains its character and definition. This phase not only enhances the overall look but also plays a key role in protecting the structure from the elements. Progress like this keeps us one step closer to bringing this home fully together.
Behind the Walls & Buttoning Up the Exterior
Progress is moving steadily as we transition into two critical phases of the build. Plumbing rough-ins are now underway, where all water supply lines, drain lines, and vent systems are carefully installed and positioned before walls are closed up. This step is essential to ensure everything functions seamlessly once the home is complete.
At the same time, exterior siding installation has begun, bringing the home one step closer to being fully dried in. This phase not only defines the architectural look of the home but also provides a key layer of protection against the elements.
With systems going in behind the scenes and the exterior taking shape, it’s exciting to see this home come together from both the inside and out.
Framing the Vision
Big progress happening on site! From the stunning circular ceiling detail taking shape to the open-concept living spaces filled with natural light—this home is really starting to come together.
You can already see how the architectural details will define the space:
✔️ Custom curved walls and framing
✔️ Statement ceiling feature ready for a future chandelier
✔️ Expansive sliding doors opening to outdoor living
✔️ Strong exterior presence coming to life
Even on a cloudy day, there’s nothing gloomy about this progress—just another step closer to bringing this vision to reality.
Progress on Site: Framing Stage
Big progress on site! Framing has taken shape and this home’s architectural character is really starting to stand out. With the structure fully wrapped in the ZIP System and roof underlayment in place, we’re moving closer to getting the home dried-in.
You can now clearly see the beautiful roof lines, multiple gables, and the covered outdoor living areas that will make this home truly special. Crews are continuing to push forward as we prepare for the next phases of construction.
One Step Closer to Dry-In
Framing is nearly complete as the crew works through the final punch-out items, making sure every detail is ready for the next phase. Meanwhile, the exterior doors have arrived on site and are ready for installation.
With doors going in next, we’re getting closer to drying in this home—an important milestone that protects the structure and allows interior work to begin moving forward.
Framing in Full Swing
Framing continues and this home is really starting to take shape!
You can now clearly see the layout of each room, ceiling heights, and the overall flow of the floor plan. Every wall, opening, and structural detail is carefully measured and installed to ensure everything aligns perfectly before we move into the next phase.
This stage is where vision turns into structure — and it’s always exciting to watch it come together board by board.
Up, Up, and Framed
Framing is continuing, and you can really start to see this home take shape. From the roof lines to the wall structure, every new beam and truss brings more definition to the layout and overall design. This phase is all about building the skeleton of the home—setting the stage for everything that comes next.
Big progress happening here, and we’re excited to keep watching this one come together step by step. Stay tuned for more updates as we keep building up!
Building Up: Second Floor Framing Underway
Framing for the second floor is officially underway! 🏗️
Watching this home take shape level by level never gets old. This phase is where the layout, room sizes, and overall flow really start to come to life. Big progress happening and we’re excited to keep sharing what’s next!
Ready to go up!
Our framing crew is finishing the main floor and is off the second floor. This is where the home really starts to show its full scale and layout. Walls are going up, spaces are taking shape, and the vision is becoming a reality—one beam and stud at a time.
Laying the Groundwork: Slab Pour Complete
Another major milestone reached! The concrete slab has officially been poured, setting the foundation for what’s to come. This phase is critical — it includes precise grading, reinforced concrete, and carefully placed plumbing and utility penetrations to ensure long-term structural integrity.
With the slab in place, we’re one step closer to bringing this home to life. Next up: framing and vertical construction!
