It’s move-in day for our Obsidian Model Home! Furniture and decor have officially arrived, and staging is underway to bring every space to life. Excited to see this home transition from construction to complete vision—stay tuned for the final reveal!
Big Wins This Week: Finishes & Final Approvals
Big milestones this week! Wallpaper is installed throughout the home, adding texture, depth, and the final layer of personality to each space. The pool is officially being filled—a major sign that outdoor living spaces are nearing completion. And best of all… our final inspections have PASSED!
From finishes to functionality, each piece is coming together exactly as planned. We’re getting incredibly close to wrapping up this beautiful home.

Den windows are now installed, bringing in beautiful natural light and framing the views just the way we envisioned. The pool is officially PebbleTec’d and looking incredible — that finish always adds such depth and color.
Inside, the porch heaters are in place for year-round outdoor living, and the kitchen island pendants are installed, adding that perfect touch of warmth and style to the heart of the home.

Big strides happening on site! Exterior paver installation continues, giving the outdoor spaces a polished look. Inside, final paint is underway and appliances are being installed, bringing the home closer to move-in ready. Landscaping has begun, and pool equipment is in place, setting the stage for a beautiful backyard retreat.

Progress is happening all around — pool deck pavers and coping are being installed, closet shelving is going in, master bath vanity lights and the tub are set, and carpet is being laid throughout. Every detail is coming together beautifully as we move closer to completion.
Finishing Touches: Plumbing Trim & Detail Work Underway
Our team is putting the final touches in place! We focused on plumbing trim installation, as well as caulking, cleaning, and miscellaneous touchups. These details may seem small, but they make a big difference in the overall quality and finish of the home.
Concrete in Progress: Driveway & Pool Deck
Concrete is going in! This week we’ve poured the driveway and pool decking, creating the smooth, durable surfaces that will complete the exterior and bring this outdoor space to life
Inside & Out, It’s Coming Together
Lots of progress happening all around this home! Interior staining is complete, hardwood floors are going in, tile walls are being installed, and shoe mould is taking shape. Outside, the driveway grading is wrapped up ✔️

From Structure to Style
Progress continues at the Obsidian Model Home! Bathroom tile installation is complete, wood beams are now in place throughout the great room and kitchen/dining area, and cabinet installation has officially begun. The great room fireplace also looks amazing with the newly installed Steel Gray granite surround.
The design vision is truly starting to take shape, and each detail is bringing us closer to the finished home.

Progress continues on site! The HVAC crew is wrapping up miscellaneous work, while our stone masons are adding brick to the outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen grill area. Exciting details that bring both comfort and character to the home!

Project progress continues inside the home — the AC unit is set, the gas line has been installed, and shower and bath tile work is wrapping up. Each step brings us closer to the finish line!

Our model home is making steady progress! While rainy days have slowed exterior work, the interior is moving right along.

Things are moving quickly on site! Our tile crew is prepping showers for upcoming tile installation while interior trim work is underway throughout the home. Out back, the brickwork on the porch is being finished off—bringing all the details together inside and out.
Progress on All Fronts: Site Cleanup, Shower Prep & Interior Finishing
We’ve cleared out the excess dirt and wrapped up shower waterproofing. Corporate model is post-drywall complete with minor changes now in motion. Steady progress across the board as we keep pushing forward.
