Progress on All Fronts: Site Cleanup, Shower Prep & Interior Finishing
We’ve cleared out the excess dirt and wrapped up shower waterproofing. Corporate model is post-drywall complete with minor changes now in motion. Steady progress across the board as we keep pushing forward.

The pool shell is in place and shaping up nicely as the backyard centerpiece.
Inside, stairs are installed and drywall is up—bringing the interior to life with definition and flow.
Outside, the brickwork and exterior finishes are coming together beautifully, giving the home its striking character.

Pool Installation and Interior Finishes in Progress
Big strides on site today! The pool installation crew is making progress outdoors, while inside, the sheetrock crew is busy with mud and tape, bringing definition to the interior spaces. Step by step, this home is coming together beautifully.
Insulated and Ready: Drywall On the Way
With insulation completed and drywall delivered on site, we’re excited to start drywall installation. This next phase is a big step toward turning the framework into finished spaces. Progress is really taking shape!
Momentum Building Inside and Out
Big progress this week! Insulation is going in, the front door has been delivered, and brickwork is now 90% complete. Meanwhile, framing for the outdoor kitchen is in progress. Every step is bringing us closer to the finish line!
Brickwork & Smart Wiring in Progress
This week’s progress includes exterior brick installation, bringing texture and timeless charm to the façade, while the low voltage crew is busy running wiring for smart tech, security, and entertainment systems. Classic craftsmanship meets modern convenience!
Fireplace & Windows In — Brick and Inspection Up Next
Fireplace and windows are in!
Brickwork kicks off Monday, followed by air sealing, with inspection set for Wednesday. Moving right along with this build — stay tuned for more progress!

Brick has been delivered and we’re all set for installation! Excited to see the exterior take shape as we add texture and character to the build.

Shingles are down, and all exterior doors and windows are in place!

Final Prep Before Shingle Installation
The roof crew is on site and getting everything prepped for shingle installation. From underlayment to flashing, the final layer is just around the corner. Exciting to see this home take shape from the top down!

We're in the gap between major milestones—awaiting the arrival of a custom window, with shingle installation up next. Every step is sequenced with precision as this build moves forward.
Punch-Out Complete | Prepping for the Next Phase
Post-mechanical punch-out is complete and we're lining up the next phases. We’re currently holding on the front elevation until brickwork is finished, and custom-built windows for the front and rear porch fireplace are on the way. Roof shingles for the rear section are staged and ready to go once windows are in.
Every piece is coming together to elevate this home’s design—inside and out. More updates soon as we continue pushing toward the finish line.
