We’re making strong progress inside and out. Exterior stone work is coming together as we near the finish on the façade, adding character and curb appeal. Inside, cabinet installation is officially underway—bringing function, storage, and design to life room by room.

Permanent Power Going In

A big milestone on site—permanent power is being installed. This step transitions the home off temporary construction power and onto its permanent electrical service, allowing systems to be fully tested and safely operated.

With permanent power in place, crews can move forward more efficiently as we continue into interior finishes, inspections, and final installations. One more critical step bringing this custom home closer to completion.

Stone, Trim & Outdoor Kitchen Progress

Exterior stone work is moving right along, adding character and texture to the home’s façade. The exterior grill area framing is now completed and prepped for its stone installation next. Inside, our trim carpenters are continuing their detailed work as the interior starts to take shape.

Outdoor Living Space Taking Shape

The Trex® decking has been fully installed and is now covered for protection while we move into the next phase. This keeps the surface clean and damage-free as crews continue working around it.

Up next: installation of the handrails and the exterior heavy beams—key elements that will define the outdoor living space and bring this design to life.

Work is moving forward on multiple fronts. We’re continuing with exterior stone installation while tile work progresses inside the home, adding character and detail throughout. Up next will be the installation of the garage doors as we keep the momentum going.
