We’re wrapping up the final stages of plumbing rough-in and moving on to HVAC rough next! This phase includes running all the ductwork, setting air returns, and prepping for vents before drywall goes up. It’s all about making sure the home will have efficient heating and cooling for years to come.

Plumbing crew is on site running new rough-ins! Each line and connection is being carefully installed to set the groundwork for the home’s future kitchens, baths, and utilities.
Next Up: HVAC Rough-In
With the plumbing rough-in complete, we will be moving right into the HVAC rough phase. Each stage builds on the last — setting up the essential systems that bring comfort and efficiency to every home we build. Steady progress continues!
Doors & Windows Installed: Building Envelope Secured
On-site progress update: door and window installation is underway. This crucial phase seals the building envelope, boosts structural performance, and primes the home for interior systems. We’re installing Pella windows, backed by industry-leading warranty coverage that gives lasting peace of mind:
Non-glass components (frame, sash, hardware) are covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty for as long as the original homeowner occupies the residence (for owner-occupied, single-family homes).
Standard non-laminated insulating glass carries a 20-year limited warranty.
Laminated glass (when used) is typically warranted for 10 years.
Labor costs for repairs or replacement parts are included in the warranty for the first two years.
With Pella’s warranty structure, future homeowners benefit from robust protection across key components—and confidence that this investment is supported by long-term coverage.
