Currently, we're awaiting documents from homeowners to submit the plat for approval to Hall County Planning. Once submitted, it will undergo an approval process, which can take some time. Rest assured, we're actively working to keep things moving forward. Your patience is greatly appreciated as we navigate this phase!

We are currently waiting on the surveyor to redraw and submit an updated plat. All other necessary documents have been input into the Hall County permitting software. Once we receive the updated plat, it will be submitted for review, and the permit process will continue.
Progress Update: Preparing for Building Permit Approval
We are currently in the process of redrawing the property lines, an essential step before filing the plat with Hall County. Our surveyor is diligently working on this, and it will take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. Once the plat is filed, we can proceed with our building permit application.
In the meantime, we have gathered all necessary documents and are inputting them into the Hall County permit software system. Additionally, we have applied for the required water meter to ensure everything is in place for permitting.
