Cleared to Pour
Slab inspection is officially passed ✔️ and we’re cleared to move forward. The site is prepped, reinforcements are in place, and we’re ready to pour concrete—marking a major milestone in the build.
From here, things start moving fast as the foundation takes shape.
Under-slab plumbing completed
Before the concrete is poured, every drain line, vent, and water supply is carefully laid out and installed beneath the slab. This critical phase ensures bathrooms, kitchens, and utility spaces are positioned exactly as designed—leaving no room for shortcuts.
With under-slab plumbing complete and verified, the foundation is officially ready for the next steps in construction.
Forms Set for Slab Pour
We’re prepping for a major milestone—slab pour day. The crew is setting forms to define the exact shape and elevation of the foundation, ensuring everything is level, square, and ready for concrete. Once complete, this creates a strong, stable base that the entire home will be built on. One step closer to bringing this home out of the ground!
Site Prep & Clearing Underway
Grading is underway and our crew is moving through the lot with tree removal and debris cleanup. Clearing the site is the first big step toward bringing this new custom home to life — and we’re off to a strong start!

Project Start: Permits, Power & Lot Clearing
It’s an exciting start on this new homesite! The lot sign and permit box are now installed, marking the official beginning of construction activity. ✔️
The temporary power (T-pole) inspection is also underway, an important step to bring electrical service to the site so crews can begin work efficiently.
Lot clearing has started as well—removing brush, debris, and small trees to prepare the property for grading and foundation work. This phase sets the stage for everything that comes next.

Permit Approved
Great news—our building permit has been approved! This milestone clears the way to move full speed ahead and keep the project progressing on schedule. Excited to continue bringing this home to life.
