Beautiful Finishes Coming Together!

Exciting progress continues as this stunning custom home moves closer to completion! From elegant interior flooring to beautiful outdoor living spaces, every detail is bringing the home's design to life.

🪵 Hardwood Flooring: Installation of the beautiful, wide-plank, light-toned hardwood flooring is progressing throughout the home. The natural wood grain adds warmth and elegance while complementing the soft wall colors and crisp white trim.

✨ Grand Staircase: The curved staircase is becoming a stunning architectural focal point! Featuring decorative wrought-iron railings and gracefully curved wood handrails, this elegant design beautifully connects the home's living spaces. The stairs are still being prepared for their finishing touches.

🏡 Outdoor Living Spaces: Tile installation is progressing on the covered outdoor terrace, featuring a sophisticated two-tone checkerboard pattern in soft gray and cream. Our crews are carefully setting and leveling the large-format tiles to create a beautiful, durable outdoor surface.

🌿 Indoor & Outdoor Harmony: From the natural hardwood flooring inside to the carefully designed outdoor terrace overlooking the surrounding greenery, each space is coming together with a thoughtful balance of style, comfort, and craftsmanship.
