Exciting progress on site as framing is officially underway! With the concrete foundation complete, our framing crew is hard at work laying out lumber and beginning the next major phase of construction.

This is one of the most exciting stages of building a custom home, as the architectural plans begin transforming into a three-dimensional structure. Over the coming weeks, walls will rise, rooms will take shape, and the home's overall layout will become easier to visualize.

Once the wall framing is in place, work will progress toward the upper structural components and roof framing, bringing us another step closer to seeing this beautiful home take shape!

It's a beautiful day to make some exciting progress on this custom home! Today marks an important milestone as the concrete slab is being poured, creating the solid foundation for everything that's to come.

This phase is a major step in the construction process, providing the structural base for the home and bringing us one step closer to seeing the design take shape. Once the concrete has properly cured and the necessary preparations are complete, the next exciting stage will be framing, when the home's layout, walls, and living spaces begin to come to life!

Exciting progress at our newest custom home project as we move through the early stages of construction!

🔹 Underground Plumbing Complete: The underground plumbing rough-in is in place, with water supply lines, drainpipes, and plumbing connections extending through the prepared building area. This important step establishes the groundwork for the home's future plumbing systems.

🔹 Foundation Preparation Underway: Our crews are working on the foundation layout, with trenches excavated and wooden forms being installed to establish the home's foundation boundaries and prepare for the upcoming concrete work.

🔹 Site Preparation: The homesite has been cleared and graded, creating a defined building area while preserving the beautiful wooded surroundings.

📐 From Plans to Reality: With the foundation plans guiding the layout and construction, we're beginning to see the footprint of this custom home take shape!

What's Next? As foundation preparations continue, the upcoming steps will include completing the necessary inspections, preparing for concrete placement, and moving toward the foundation and slab construction.

With this phase complete, the project can continue moving through the remaining foundation preparation, inspections, and site work. Next up, we’ll be getting everything ready for the slab pour—another big step toward seeing this home rise from the ground!
