One Step Closer to Completion!

Exciting progress continues as this custom home moves through its final stages of construction! The remaining appliances have been installed, and the light fixtures that were previously on backorder have finally arrived, bringing us closer to completing the home's finishing details.

A blower door test was also performed to evaluate the home's airtightness and energy efficiency, an important step in the construction process.

Meanwhile, our electrical and field crews are busy working through punch list items, making adjustments and ensuring every detail receives the attention it deserves.

With each milestone completed, we're getting closer to welcoming our homeowners into their beautiful new home!
