Making great progress on site! Today, we’re installing Pella windows and doors, bringing this home to life with natural light and style. Meanwhile, framing continues on the detached garage. Pella offers a comprehensive warranty on their windows that varies depending on the product type and specific parts of the window. Here are the key components:
Limited Lifetime Warranty on non-glass components:
This covers things like the frame and sash, which are protected for the life of the product against defects in material and workmanship.
20-Year Warranty on Glass:
Pella covers the glass in their windows against manufacturing defects, including stress cracks or seal failure for 20 years.
10-Year Warranty on Non-glass Parts (Factory Installed):
For non-glass parts like hardware, Pella offers a 10-year coverage against defects.
2-Year Labor Warranty:
Pella provides a two-year limited labor warranty for any necessary repair or replacement work due to covered defects.

Rebars, or reinforcing bars, provide the necessary support to concrete structures. While concrete is strong in compression, it needs the tensile strength of steel rebars to withstand various stresses, ensuring a durable and safe structure.
Our dedicated crew ensures each rebar is perfectly placed, contributing to the overall strength and safety of the building. Their expertise and hard work are the backbone of this phase.

Plumbing check completed
We use drone photography with augmented reality overlaying the plan to check for construction errors before the concrete is poured, many times avoiding costly repairs later in the process. The data can be also used for future reference if there is a plumbing issue even many years later.
