Big progress on the outdoor living space—we’ve officially got the spool in place. Concrete has been poured, forming the pool-and-spa combination that sets the foundation for this future backyard retreat. You can now see the defined layout, elevation changes, and integrated seating areas coming together.
At the same time, retaining walls and site grading are underway, creating a strong, stable structure that works with the natural slope and protects the lakefront setting. Underground plumbing stubs are in place, preparing for the next phases as utilities and finishes follow.
This milestone marks a major step toward bringing the outdoor experience to life—more progress ahead as we continue building from the ground up.
