Exciting progress continues on this custom home as our crews bring together craftsmanship, natural materials, and thoughtful design!
🧱 Exterior Stone Masonry: Our stone masons are making great progress installing natural stone across the home's exterior. The combination of stone masonry, board-and-batten siding, dark roofing, and exposed timber beams is creating a beautiful, rustic yet sophisticated architectural style.
🌿 Landscaping & Hardscaping: Our landscaping crew continues working on the outdoor spaces, including impressive natural boulder retaining walls and a central stone staircase connecting the different elevations of the property. These features help blend the home into its natural surroundings while adding character and functionality.
✅ Inspection Milestone: Building rough-in and all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) inspections have successfully passed! Pre-drywall photos have also been completed, documenting the important systems behind the walls before the next phase begins.
With exterior finishes progressing and major inspections behind us, this home is another step closer to completion!
