Another important step in the build is underway!
Our crew is installing the sill plates at the top of the foundation walls. These treated wood plates are anchored to the concrete and create the critical connection between the foundation and the framing above. It’s what ensures everything lines up correctly, stays secure, and provides a solid base for the walls and the rest of the structure.
