Behind the Walls & Buttoning Up the Exterior

Progress is moving steadily as we transition into two critical phases of the build. Plumbing rough-ins are now underway, where all water supply lines, drain lines, and vent systems are carefully installed and positioned before walls are closed up. This step is essential to ensure everything functions seamlessly once the home is complete.

At the same time, exterior siding installation has begun, bringing the home one step closer to being fully dried in. This phase not only defines the architectural look of the home but also provides a key layer of protection against the elements.

With systems going in behind the scenes and the exterior taking shape, it’s exciting to see this home come together from both the inside and out.
